Companies interested in participating in exhibition are invited to advertise their products at an exhibition fee as categorized in the classification table below:

  1. Exhibition space with table equipped with electrical sockets.
  1. Advertizement mileage. Your organization’s name will be listed in some press releases under this sponsorship class.

 

 

 

 

2. Gold

 

 

 

E10,000-00 to E15,000-00

 

 

  1. Direct advertisement mileage. Your organization shall be accorded a “Prime Exhibition Status” by availing prime exhibition space for your product and services throughout the duration of the conference.

 

  1. Advertisement mileage. Your organization’s name will be listed in all press releases under this sponsorship class.
  1. Your company logo shall be included in the Book of Abstracts which shall be made available to all delegates during registration. This will ensure that your company is advertised long after the conference.

 

 

 

 

3. Platinum

 

 

 

E16,000-00 to E25,000-00

 

 

  1. Direct advertisement mileage. Your organization shall be accorded a “Prime Exhibition Status” by availing prime exhibition space for your product and services in the Ezulwini Convention Center foyer throughout the duration of the conference.

 

  1. Advertisement mileage. Your organization’s name will be listed in all press releases under this sponsorship class.
  1. Your company logo shall be included in the Book of Abstracts which shall be made available to all delegates during registration. This will ensure that your company is advertised long after the conference.

 

  1. Your company logo shall be accorded the status of ‘Core Sponsor’ and shall appear on all press, television, banners and comference bags.
  1. Your company shall be officially acknowledged in the University of Swaziland  Vice Chancellor’s Annual  Report of 2009.

 

  1. Your company shall be awarded a SEANAC certificater for demonstrating good social responsibility practices.

 

4. Diamond

 

The Highest Sponsor Above E 30 000.00

      
                  -      Your company shall be awarded the Platinum status and 20 minutes presentation time, during the conference, to fully market your products. 

An exhibition space equipped with electrical sockets and tables will be reserved for each exhibitor.

Please note that exhibitors wishing to participate in all the conference activities will be required to pay for the conference package as described under Registration fees and conference payment

Exhibitors should indicate their participation by 30 June 2009.
